  1. v 3.1 01/19/92       + Finished the documentation to reflect the new features
  2.                      + Included a new file called BLDNBS.EXE.  This file will
  3.                        search your ALLUSERS.DAT file and create a VERIFIED.NBS
  4.                        for all security levels except the one you specify.
  5.                        Refer to docs or type BLDNBS from command line for
  6.                        help.  Must be run from VERIFIX subdirectory and

  9.                      + Ability to read the environment variable SET WCMDM and

  25.                        and USER#.SCR.  This is a nice message displayed only
  26.                        once welcoming the new user to your system.  Verifix
  27.                        copyies these files to the respective user number
  28.                        into your display directory.
  29.                      + You can now log into your bbs locally and test
  30.                        verifix.  It will do everything as online except
  31.                        dial the phone to call out.  Very handy for testing
  32.                        screens and to see the operation.
  33.                      + A printed bound user manual is now available!  Refer
